The Withdrawal Agreement Bill has been given Royal Assent on Thursday 23rd January 2020 and becomes law in the United Kingdom.
On Friday 31st January 2020 the UK formally ends its membership of the European Union, and from 1st February until 31st December 2020 enters a transitional period in order for a deal on the future trading relationship to be negotiated. During this period there will not be any changes to the way companies import and export goods between the two states.
Viamaster International will update our clients and partners on developments during this period, and will provide further guidance regarding changes in customs and other operational procedures as this information is made available.
Please do not hesitate to contact a member of the team if you have any questions and we will be happy to help.
