Operational/Accounts Administrator
Skills/experience:
- Freight forwarding background
- Admin experience
- Understanding of terminology and Incoterms
- Experience of SAGE and MS Office
- Excellent admin skills and attention to detail
Duties include:
- Charging out/costings
- Processing invoices
- Purchase ledger including foreign transactions
- Credit control
- Insurance claim handling (previous experience of this would be a benefit)
- 50% of the role will be SAGE
- 50% operational admin including charging files and costing
