Operational/Accounts Administrator

Skills/experience: 

  • Freight forwarding background
  • Admin experience
  • Understanding of terminology and Incoterms
  • Experience of SAGE and MS Office
  • Excellent admin skills and attention to detail

Duties include:

  • Charging out/costings
  • Processing invoices
  • Purchase ledger including foreign transactions
  • Credit control
  • Insurance claim handling (previous experience of this would be a benefit)
  • 50% of the role will be SAGE
  • 50% operational admin including charging files and costing
